Our Journey’s End is a culminating event with the Santa Fe International Literary Festival on Thursday, May 16, featuring Madeline Miller in conversation with Marsaura Shukla from St. John’s College. Live opening performance by Teatro Paraguas.
2024 Santa Fe Reads, part of the NEA Big Read, is presented by the City of Santa Fe Public Library with the support from the National Endowment for the Arts, Arts Midwest, Friends of the Santa Fe Public Library, local sponsors, and community partners.

Early school age children may practice reading aloud to a friendly therapy dog from the Santa Fe Animal Shelter Pet Outreach Program! Our dogs are patient, cuddly, and love to hear stories! Reluctant readers will gain confidence and seasoned readers will enjoy practicing their read-aloud skills in a relaxed environment.
