Bobbie Ferrell Artist Reception
6599 Jaguar Dr.
Come See The Cats! An exhibition of paintings by Santa Fe painter and pet portrait artist Bobbie Ferrell will be on display at the Southside Branch Library through the month of February. Bobbie studied fine arts in college and graduated with a BA in Speech and Drama from Goshen College. Throughout her career in TV, hospitality and nonprofit administration, Bobbie always found time to study and practice her first love – art. Bobbie is inspired by her love of big shapes, bright colors, folk art, and her cats from past and present. Now a professional painter, she paints customized pet portraits in addition to her own pet-inspired work. During these difficult times, Bobbie’s work is uplifting and sincere, focusing on the joy animals bring to our lives. Her motto is “Art that makes you smile.”
Santa Fe Public Library welcomes you to attend a reception for the artist on February 11th, from 4-6pm at the Southside Library 6599 Jaguar Dr. Santa Fe 505-955-2820. Take home refreshments will be provided. Masks are required at all times. santafelibrary.org
